The traditional economic development model will lead to serious environmental problems and affect the sustainable development of the economy. Establishing a sound green, low-carbon, and circular economic system and improving the quality of green economic development are effective measures to solve resource, environmental and ecological problems. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the economy, the Tobit model was used to study the correlation of the influencing factors of green economic development efficiency in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the level of economic development, economic openness, industrial structure, resource input, environmental protection and technological innovation have a significant impact on the efficiency of green economic development, and some policy suggestions are put forward for the development of green economy in Shaanxi Province.
