In the context of the big data era, China's electrical industry is facing fierce competition. Working capital is closely related to the supply, production and sales links of enterprises. Good working capital management activities can not only meet the funding needs of enterprises, but also promote the development of their profitability. In order to further promote the development of enterprises and improve the performance of operating capital management, it is an urgent focus to be addressed. As a company in the electrical industry, improving the level of working capital management is particularly important for ZT Company. Based on this, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to analyze the performance evaluation of ZT Company's working capital management from a channel perspective. A series of targeted improvement suggestions are proposed to address the problems in ZT Company's working capital management from a channel perspective, in order to provide reference and guidance for ZT Company to optimize its working capital management.
