    摘要:

    为探讨探地雷达技术在沥青面层压实度无损检测中的可行性,通过选择合适的天线频率(1 600 MHz),系统地研究了天线高度、试件底部介质、试件尺寸限制及试件密度波动对沥青面层压实度检测精度的影响。室内试验建立了基于介电混合模型的沥青混合料密度预估模型,并通过现场试验进行验证。结果表明,模型的平均预估误差为0.77%,有效证明了该技术在沥青面层压实度无损检测中的可靠性,为沥青路面施工及维护提供了技术支持。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at exploring the feasibility of ground penetrating radar technology in nondestructive testing of asphalt surface layer compaction, the effects of antenna height, medium at the bottom of the specimen, specimen size limitation and specimen density fluctuation on the compaction testing accuracy of asphalt surface layer were systematically investigated by selecting the appropriate antenna frequency (1 600 MHz). An asphalt mixture density prediction model based on the dielectric mixing model was established based on lab tests and validated by field tests. The result shows that the average prediction error of the model is 0.77%, which effectively proves the reliability of the technology in the nondestructive testing of asphalt surface layer compaction and provides technical support for asphalt pavement construction and maintenance.
