To achieve a socialist cultural power, the equalization of public cultural services is of great significance in promoting national public services in cultural undertakings. The equalization of public cultural services provides a basis for the progress of cultural work, and CiteSpace software was used for quantitative analysis of core papers. The conclusion shows that the overall number of existing research publications is showing a wave like growth, and research topics are becoming increasingly diverse. The implementation of the branch office system, narrowing the gap in public cultural services between urban and rural areas, and improving the accessibility of cultural governance have become a continuous direction for forward-looking research on public cultural services.
