In the future, new-energy automobile will become the main trend of automobile industry transformation and upgrading. Taking the BYD Auto industry as an example, the current situation of the new energy vehicle industry and the development of BYD's new energy vehicle industry was first analyzed. Secondly, based on the balanced scorecard evaluation index system, the dimension of “Social responsibility” was innovatively added and its basic performance was evaluated from the financial dimension, customer dimension, internal business process dimension, learning and growth dimension and social responsibility dimension. New ideas are provided for the construction of new energy vehicle performance evaluation system.
