As?an?important?organizational?resource?in?the?era?of?industrial?economy,?the?role?of?executive?social?capital?in?the?digital?transformation?of?enterprises?is?still?unclear.?Based?on?the?theory?of?social?capital,?an empirical?study?on?the?relationship?between?executive?social?capital?and?enterprise?digital?transformation was?conducted,?and?the?data?of?China A-share?listed?companies?from?2013?to?2022?was used to?investigate?the?mechanism?and?differentiated?impact?of?executive?social?capital?in?enterprise?digital transformation.?It?is?found?that?executive?social?capital?mainly?promotes?the?digital?transformation?of?enterprises by?promotingtechnological?innovation?and?easing?financing?constraints,?and?this?promotion?effect?has?the heterogeneity?of?property?rights?and?regions.
