    摘要:

    制造业服务化存在正向和反向两种转型路径,已有研究主要讨论正向转型所需的资源基础,数字化情境下反向转型路径及其资源条件仍是黑箱。基于资源价值理论,选取美的家电业务进行扎根研究。结果表明:数字化情境下制造业服务化反向转型路径表现为场景解决方案转向场景化产品进而影响企业绩效;反向转型路径需要4大资源条件,包括战略管理与用户经验、市场领先者、产业链数字化和制造资源基础。明确了反向转型路径作用关系,为解决“服务化悖论”提供新方案,弥补了已有研究缺乏反向转型路径适用条件的不足。

    Abstract:

    There are two transformation paths for manufacturing servitization, positive and negative. Previous studies have mainly discussed the resource foundation required for positive transformation, while the study of reverse transformation path and resource conditions in the digitalization context is still a black box. Based on the theory of resource value, Midea's home appliance business was selected for grounded research. The results show that the reverse transformation path of manufacturing servitization in digitalization context is manifested as a shift from scenario-based solutions to scenario-based products, which in turn affects enterprise performance. The reverse transformation path requires four resource conditions: strategy management and user experience,market leaders, digitalization of industrial chains, and manufacturing resource foundation. The relationship in the reverse transformation path of servitization in the context of digitalization was clarified, which provides a new solution for solving the "servitization paradox" and compensating for the lack of applicable conditions for reverse transformation paths in existing research.
