    摘要:

    全域兴趣电商体系是电子商务的重大创新。基于2021—2023年抖音电商的全域兴趣电商发展桌面研究,分析电商经营方法。研究发现:2021—2023年抖音电商在销售推荐上净推荐值较低;在销售过程中电商与营销协同较差;在销售结果上经营效率有待提升。基于此,提出在销售推荐上发展可持续人群、在销售过程中供给优价好物、在销售结果上以内容为中心开展全场域建设的建议。通过综合分析抖音电商全域兴趣电商新模式的优劣,为进一步完善全域兴趣电商体系的经营方法提供了启示,从而实现抖音电商的可持续发展,为其他电商平台发展提供样本。

    Abstract:

    Whole domain interest E-commerce is a major innovation in E-commerce. Based on the development status of Douyin E-commerce in all areas of interest E-commerce from 2021 to 2023,business methods is studied. The research found that from 2021 to 2023, Douyin E-commerce has a low net promoter value in sales recommendations; the coordination between E-commerce and marketing is poor in the sales process. The problem of operating efficiency that needs to be improved in terms of sales results. Based on this, suggestions are put forward: develop sustainable groups of people in terms of sales recommendations,provide good products at good prices during the sales process, and carry out full-field construction with content as the center in terms of sales results. Through the comprehensively analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Douyin's new all-area interest E-commerce model, it is helpful to further improves the operating methods of the all-area interest E-commerce system, thereby achieving the sustainable development of Douyin E-commerce and providing guidance for the development of other e-commerce companies. sample.
