Based on the evaluation indicators of regional innovation capability in advanced provinces, it is conducted a differential analysis on the agglomeration of innovation resources in advantageous provinces.The typical experiences of the agglomeration development of technological innovation factors has been reviewed. It has been focused on the agglomeration development of innovative resources such as platforms, talents, funds, and projects towards enterprises, combining with the foundation of technological innovation development in our province. Then, the suggestions and resource agglomeration model based on the innovation chain as the development path are proposed, providing decision-making support for stimulating the intrinsic vitality of innovation factors and enhancing enterprise innovation capabilities.
