    摘要:

    超浅埋暗挖技术现已经广泛应用到地铁施工建设中,以济南地铁4号线邢村站附属结构A号出入口地下通道为例,利用ABAQUS软件建立超浅埋暗挖地铁隧道下穿管线三维有限元模型,对地下通道部分开挖过程进行了模拟。研究地下通道在有无管棚注浆预支护条件下横穿城市主干道管线变形和周围地表沉降变形规律,分析了隧道衬砌的变形和受力。结果表明,在管棚预支护条件下进行隧道开挖,能有效地减小地表沉降和管线沉降,其地表最大沉降值与未采用管棚预支护相比,分别下降60.24%和66.8%;矩形断面的横通道在开挖过程地表和管线的沉降影响大于标准拱型断面。研究分析结论可为类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The ultra shallow buried underground excavation technology has been widely applied in subway construction. Taking the underground passage of the A entrance and exit of Xingcun Station on Jinan Metro Line 4 as an example, and ABAQUS software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the underground pipeline under the ultra shallow buried underground excavation subway tunnel, and the excavation process of the underground passage was sinulated. The deformation laws of underground tunnels crossing urban main roads and surrounding surface settlement under the conditions of pre support with and without pipe shed grouting were studied, and the deformation and stress of tunnel lining were analyzed. The results show that tunnel excavation under the condition of pipe shed pre support can effectively reduce surface settlement and pipeline settlement, and the maximum surface settlement value is reduced by 60.24% and 66.8% respectively compared to not using pipe shed pre support. The settlement of the ground and pipelines in the excavation process of a rectangular cross-section cross passage is greater than that of a standard arch cross-section. The research and analysis conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
