    摘要:

    利用机载激光雷达点云数据构建具有“一树一档”信息的森林档案模型,分类提取重点保护目标、林下道路、水源等各类矢量数据为林火蔓延模拟分析提供基础数据支撑;基于森林档案模型构建自适应林火蔓延模型库,通过机器学习、大数据库等手段优化模型修正系数,增强各模型之间的耦合特征,提升森林火灾三维仿真模拟能力;建立森林火灾扑救数字化方案库,充分依托地形、植被、气候等环境信息给出最适宜战术战法和紧急避险措施,为指挥官指挥决策提供重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Using the vehicle laser radar point cloud data, a forest archive model with "one tree, one file" information was built, the vector data, such as key protection goals, forest roads and water sources was classified and extracted to provide basic data support for the spread of forest fire data including. Based on the forest archives models, self -adaptive forest fire spread model libraries was built, the model correction coefficient was optimized through machine learning, big database and other means, to enhance the coupling characteristics between each model, and promote the three -dimensional simulation capabilities of forest fires. Relying on environmental information such as terrain, vegetation, climate, etc., the most suitable tactical combat and emergency avoidance measures are given to provide important references for commanders to command decisions.
