Smart logistics is becoming an important trend in the logistics industry, and by adopting advanced technologies and solutions, it promotes the whole logistics industry to move forward in a more advanced and innovative direction. Therefore, based on the development status of smart logistics in Qingdao, a model of the development level of smart logistics was constructed, and factor analysis was used to study the important factors affecting the development level of smart logistics in Qingdao from 2010 to 2022. The results show that high-tech enterprises, civilian car ownership, transportation GDP and so on have a greater impact on the level of smart logistics development in Qingdao. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for improving the development level of smart logistics in Qingdao are proposed.
