In recent years, the frequent incidents of high-tech enterprise qualifications being banned and some enterprises using the additional deduction for R&D expenses to evade taxes have exposed the lack of scientific research integrity in enterprises. Through a survey questionnaire approach, data from 187 technology-based enterprise samples was analyzed and compared across three dimensions which are capacity, understanding and management of scientific research integrity. The current state of scientific research integrity in enterprises was clarified. Based on this assessment, strategies are proposed to strengthen the establishment of scientific research integrity in enterprises. The goal is to enhance the management level of scientific research integrity in enterprises, standardize the research conduct of scientists and technicians, and create an honesty and trustworthiness for scientific research.
