The innovative development of digital technology is continuously leading the digital transformation practice of grassroots social governance, promoting the improvement of community governance quality and efficiency.Combining with the construction of smart communities in Y community, the internal logic of digital technology empowering community governance is analyzed. It is found that it follows the three-dimensional logic of value, system, and technology, mapping the interactive relationships between various elements in technological governance. However, in the practice of technology empowering community governance, there are still difficulties such as the loss of social orientation, the absence of operational systems, and the increase of derivative risks. Therefore, alleviating the challenges faced by technological governance must be guided and regulated from the perspectives of cognition, application, and guarantee, comprehensively and multi-level promoting the healthy, stable, and orderly development of technological governance, in order to achieve the modernization of community governance system and governance capacity.
