Abstract:As a basic part, bolts are widely used in a variety of fields, but in the actual production, they are the basic use of manual production, low degree of automation, high production cost, poor production continuity. By using the regional AGV method to partition the equipment, the equipment layout was carried out according to the product layout principle and the process layout principle. According to the actual situation of production workshop and product process, conveyor belt and manipulator were used to replace part of AGV to transfer materials in each process equipment, so as to reduce the total flow of AGV. Finally, the optimized layout method was adopted to complete the equipment layout and production verification. The results show that the regional AGV method is used to optimize the layout of intelligent bolt production workshop, innovatively realize the integration of bolt production modes, and realize the intelligent, automatic and continuous production of multiple varieties of bolts, which greatly improves the production efficiency, saves a lot of manpower, and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
