    摘要:

    螺栓作为一种基础零件,广泛应用于多种领域,但在实际生产中基本采用人工生产,自动化程度低,生产成本高,生产连续性差。通过采用区域式AGV方法进行设备分区,按产品布局原则和工艺布局原则进行设备布局;结合生产车间及产品工艺实际情况,采用传送带、机械手等方式代替部分AGV进行物料在各工序设备的转运,以降低AGV搬运总流量为优化方向,并通过建立数学模型计算验证;最后采用优化后的布局方式完成设备布局及生产验证。结果表明: 以区域式AGV方法进行螺栓智能生产车间的优化布局,创新性的实现螺栓生产方式整合,实现了多品种螺栓的智能化、自动化、连续化生产,极大程度提高生产效率,节省大量人力,提高企业竞争力。

    Abstract:

    As a basic part, bolts are widely used in a variety of fields, but in the actual production, they are the basic use of manual production, low degree of automation, high production cost, poor production continuity. By using the regional AGV method to partition the equipment, the equipment layout was carried out according to the product layout principle and the process layout principle. According to the actual situation of production workshop and product process, conveyor belt and manipulator were used to replace part of AGV to transfer materials in each process equipment, so as to reduce the total flow of AGV. Finally, the optimized layout method was adopted to complete the equipment layout and production verification. The results show that the regional AGV method is used to optimize the layout of intelligent bolt production workshop, innovatively realize the integration of bolt production modes, and realize the intelligent, automatic and continuous production of multiple varieties of bolts, which greatly improves the production efficiency, saves a lot of manpower, and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
