Abstract:Based on GEM model and system theory, this empirical analysis was conducted on 31 provinces (due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province) in China from a group perspective by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). It is found that there are 6 factors have certain influence on regional logistics competitiveness, which are subject, resource, environment, demand, technology and innovation, but individual factor is not necessary to enhance regional logistics competitiveness. There are three equivalent paths, which are environment-demand-technology- innovation-driven, comprehensive and balanced integrated-driven, and resource-environment- technology-driven. A differentiated logistics competitiveness enhancement path should be chosen in different region based on resource endowment.
