Abstract:Based on the object of ShiMu, the method of case study was applied, and the impacts of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce on upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises was discussed. Results show that ShiMu conducts cooperation with all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce under the impacts of epidemic of COVID-19 and in the context of the changes of consumption patterns and product categories, which lead to great developments of brand efficiency, sales channel and business performance. During the upgrading of ShiMu, all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce helps enhance the ability of market, promotion, organization and lean management by taking the advantage of platform, technology and ecosystem.
