Abstract:Taking Shirt Lao Luo as the research object, a case study method was adopted to explore the important mechanism of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce in helping traditional manufacturing enterprises transform and upgrade. The research has found that as a new form of consumer internet, all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce has the characteristics of low cost, wide user base, and strong social attributes. As a traditional manufacturing enterprise in the textile and clothing industry, Shirt Lao Luo, with the help of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce platform, has broken away from the traditional scale and low profit development model by introducing flexible manufacturing production lines, digital supply chains, and E-commerce operation teams, and it has achieved transformation and upgrading towards an enterprise with independent shirt brands.
