Abstract:“Three Little Goats” was taken as the research subject and an exploratory single-case study method was employed to explore the issues related to the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises with the assistance of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce. The research reveals that “Three Little Goats”, through all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce, enhances consumers' understanding of the brand philosophy and culture behind the products, instigating consumer recognition and trust. Simultaneously, collaboration with all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce accelerates the overall optimization and upgrading of various aspects, including product design and development, company organizational structure, production management, and supply chain responsiveness. Ultimately, "Three Little Goats" utilizes the all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce platform to achieve brand development.
