In order to evaluate the service quality of domestic general aviation short haul transportation, a service quality evaluation system with a total of six dimensions and 24 indicators was established and a questionnaire was issued to investigate the service quality of a general aviation airport. The combination weighting method of game theory was used to give weight to indicators, giving consideration to both subjective and objective weights. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to find out the problems and reasons of low scores in some dimensions, and give relevant suggestions are proposed for specific problems. It has certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the service quality of general aviation and promoting the development of general aviation.
