    摘要:

    组织结构在企业信息传输、意识强化、行动控制和效果反馈等方面发挥着重要作用,科学设计组织结构是提升企业总部领导力的有效途径。为此,识别影响企业总部领导力的组织结构设计变量,归纳5种常见的组织结构模式,并提出相应改进建议。为提升企业总部领导力,需注重部门设置和岗位设计,提升专业化和正规化水平,同时将组织设计与总部领导力建设相结合。

    Abstract:

    Organizational structure plays an important role in information transmission, consciousness enhancement, action control and effect feedback, and scientific design of organizational structure is an effective way to improve the headquarters' leadership. Based on this, the factors that influence the design of organizational structure are explored, including structural variables such as regularization, specialization and authority level,contingency factors such as organizational scale, objectives and strategies and external environment, and other outcome factors including efficiency and effect. In order to improve the leadership of headquarters,it is suggested to pay attention to the establishment of departments and post design, improve the level of specialization and regularization, and combine organizational design with organization construction to ensure that the enterprises headquarters can play the role of leadership and political core.
