    摘要:

    河砂资源的匮乏成为高速公路建设的一个制约问题,采用机制砂代替河砂使用成为基建项目的发展趋势。依托潮惠高速开展了花岗岩碎石制作机制砂代替河砂制备防腐蚀混凝土的技术研究,针对机制砂防腐蚀混凝土应用环节缺乏系统技术指导问题,建立机制砂防腐蚀混凝土的性能指标体系。分析机制砂生产加工关键工艺并提出推荐设备组合及参数设置;提出机制砂产品的关键性能指标控制标准,针对不同强度等级混凝土配合比设计给出推荐范围;对高速公路不同应用场景下机制砂防腐蚀混凝土的防腐蚀性能提出要求及检测方法。依托项目开展实体试验梁对照试验,比对梁体结构强度及防腐蚀性能,验证所建立机制砂防腐蚀混凝土性能指标体系的工程可行性。

    Abstract:

    The shortage of river sand has become a restricted problem in expressway construction, and the use of machine-made sand instead of river sand has become the development trend of infrastructure projects. Based on Chaohui Expressway, the technology research on the preparation of corrosion-resistant concrete with machine-made sand instead of river sand was carried out. In view of the lack of systematic technical guidance in the application of corrosion-resistant concrete with machine-made sand, the performance index system of corrosion-resistant concrete with machine-made sand was established. The key process of sand production and processing is analyzed, and the recommended equipment combination and parameter setting are put forward. The control standard of key performance indexes of manufactured sand products is put forward, and the recommended range is given for the mix design of concrete with different strength grades. The requirements and detection methods for the anti-corrosion performance of manufactured sand anti-corrosion concrete in different application scenarios of expressway are put forward. Based on the project, the solid test beam control test was carried out to compare the structural strength and anti-corrosion performance of the beam, and the engineering feasibility of the established performance index system of machine-made sand anti-corrosion concrete was verified.
