Fully understanding the external expression and profound connotation of winter sports culture capital in Heilongjiang Province, mastering the basic development regulation of winter sports culture capital, and improving the ability to realize the value of winter sports culture capital will provide strong spiritual and cultural support for the all-round revitalization of winter sports industry in Heilongjiang Province. By referring to the relevant concepts of cultural capital, the definition and classification of winter sports cultural capital were clearly proposed, the composition and current situation of winter sports cultural capital in Heilongjiang Province were explored, and the problems in the evolution of winter sports cultural capital in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed from two aspects of endogenous motivation and exogenous incentive through comparison at home and abroad, meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the transformation of three forms of cultural capital to economic capital and the cultural confidence of winter sports.
