To reveal the characteristics and development status of digital talent demand for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei, a questionnaire survey was conducted on these enterprises, and 162 valid samples were statistically analyzed. It has been found that small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei have the following problems in the digitization process: weak digital foundation, insufficient quality of digital talent cultivation, difficulty in talent introduction and serious loss, unreasonable allocation of talent resources, and the need to strengthen talent policy support. On this basis, suggestions are proposed to strengthen the construction of digital talent teams, which is expected to provide theoretical and data support for the digital practice and subsequent in-depth research of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei.
