Abstract:To address the problem of disconnection between strategy implementation and performance appraisal in the construction industry, the strategy, derive key success factors, and derive a strategy map was analyze, a performance appraisal system based on enterprise strategy implementation was established tosolve the disconnection problem, so as to enhance the matching between strategy implementation and performance appraisal system of construction enterprises. And using W construction enterprise as an example, a case study was conducted with a view to providing reference and reference for related enterprises.
