Aiding Qinghai strategy plays an important role in Qinghai province to development clean energy industry and build the national clean energy industry highland. Science and technology resources in 13 provinces are the solid foundation to implement the Aiding Qinghai strategy. The achievements of Aiding Qinghai was sort out, the current status of natural resources and technical requirement of clean energy industry in Qinghai province were summarized, the technical advantages of Guangdong province were analyzed. Finally, some development suggestions of clean energy industry in Qinghai province are put forward, hoping to provide reference for government and enterprise.
