The combination of local historical and cultural resources with home stay plays a positive role in the promotion of local history and culture as well as the development of home stay industry. Taking Zhaoqing City as the research object, combined with the development of its home stay industry, the development advantages in the integration of Zhaoqing's historical and cultural resources and home stay industry ia studied, such as superior historical and cultural resources endowment, policy support and tourism market development prospects. However, there are also problems in the industrial linkage development, including inadequate industrial integration, serious homogenization of home stay, and the lack of a well-developed home stay industry operation system. Finally, based on the existing problems, relevant countermeasures are put forward to promote the integration and development of Zhaoqing's history and culture with the home stay industry.
