As an important place for terminal logistics operation, the operation efficiency of express outlets has a direct impact on customers' intuitive experience and service quality. The optimization of the logistics operation efficiency of express outlets studied. The efficiency of outlets is evaluated based on entropy weight method, an optimization scheme to improve the operation efficiency of outlets is proposed.The optimization results are visually presented through Flexsim simulation.
