Taking related to employee creativity included in the core collection databases of WOS and CNKI from 2012 to 2021 as the research object, CiteSpace software was used to carry out document measurement and visual analysis of 2 551 sample documents. The research status, knowledge evolution, research hotspots and trends in the field of employee creativity are summarized , and prospects for future research are put forward.
