1 176 articles on employment quality published on CNKI platform and included in CSSCI and Peking University core journals are visualized to grasp the basic situation of domestic employment quality research. On this basis, it is proposed that current research needs to strengthen the awareness of cooperation and exchange. At present, the research mainly focuses on the basic theory of employment quality, employment quality and vocational college graduates, etc. Combined with the current situation of China's economic development and government policy documents, it is pointed out that digital economy will become a research hotspot in the field of employment quality.
