Abstract:Under the wave of new generation of technological revolution represented by blockchain, competition among enterprises and countries has become competition of talents, and high-quality talent resources can better promote economic and social progress and high-quality development of enterprises. In order to obtain and cultivate high-quality talent resources, an effective talent evaluation system is crucial. In recent years, blockchain technology has received widespread attention and rapid development because of its characteristics and?advantages?of decentralization, openness, openness and transparency and anonymity, and its application has been extended from financial industry to many fields. On the base of the overview to blockchain technology’s architectural features and its development and applications, combining to the shortcomings of current talent evaluation system, the application mode of blockchain technology in the field of talent evaluation is analyzed from three aspects: architecture, content and advantages. It is provided some thoughts and inspirations for improving the traditional talent evaluation system.
