In order to build and cultivate a high-level research team that occupies a place in relevant international and domestic research fields, Gansu Province has gathered several outstanding young and middle-aged scientific and technological talents and first-class discipline leaders in Gansu Province to carry out long-term and stable cooperative research in several research directions around the same field, and established the Gansu Basic research innovation group project. Reviews the background and significance of the innovation research group project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the innovation group project of basic research in Gansu Province, analyzes the relevant data of the innovation group project of basic research in Gansu Province funded from 2012 to 2021 from multiple dimensions, deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems, and puts forward reasonable opinions and suggestions, aiming at providing important reference for provincial competent departments, supporting units and innovation groups.
