It is difficult for the traditional protection system of museum fragmentation and addition to meet the security challenges of sustainable development. So,it is imperative to build a systematic, dynamic and lasting museum information security system. Based on the analysis of two classical information security models and the characteristics of the museum, PPDR model has higher flexibility and dynamics. Combined with the practice of museum information management, the methods suitable for the construction of museum information security system are summarized from four aspects of strategy, protection, detection and response, so as to provide reference for information managers of same industry.
