    摘要:

    国内成品油零售市场化进程加速,供需侧矛盾承压日重,行业竞争格局呈现多元化复杂局面。针对国内成品油供应链以及加油站的数字化转型需求,运用服务设计的研究方法,重新建构成品油产业服务的数字化供需平台,重新规划智慧加油站的服务体系,探究相关的数字化服务原型实例与效果评价,并对智慧加油站数字化运营的创新方法与成果案例进行深度剖析。

    Abstract:

    The market-oriented reform process of domestic refined oil retail is accelerating, the imbalance between supply and demand is becoming more and more serious, and the domestic industry competition situation is to be diversified and complex as well . On demands of preparing for the digital transformation in the field of domestic refined oil supply chain and smart gas stations, the concept of service design is used to deal with re-planning service scheme of customer experience on the smart gas station,and the logistics and supply-chain from refined oil supply to demand, otherwise,a set of theory on digital service prototyping and evaluation,detail explains that of the theory, method and example of digital empowerment in general are put forward.
