In order to accelerate the digital transformation of the tobacco logistics industry, further optimize the allocation of industry resources, and give full play to the role of logistics centers as the core departments of tobacco enterprises, a TOPSIS-based gray correlation analysis evaluation model was built on a questionnaire survey of tobacco logistics center’s leaders and employees of 17 cities in H Province, using a combination of AHP and entropy weight method. Further,a classified evaluation of 17 cities was conducted . The results show that the evaluation system is highly operational and practical, and it is a good guideline to promote lean logistics.
