Taking the factors that affect the success of prefabricated construction projects as the research object, the key success factors of prefabricated construction projects are obtained through literature analysis and expert interviews. The interpretive structure model is used to analyze the relationship between the key success factors, divide the levels, draw the hierarchical topology map, get the direct, indirect and fundamental factors affecting the success of prefabricated construction projects, and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
