Abstract:Tourists' pursuit of individuality and spiritual enjoyment makes intellectual property become the core competitive element of tourism market. Some tourism operators have awakened their awareness of intellectual property development, but their ability to use intellectual property rights such as trademark rights, copyrights and patent rights is still insufficient. At the same time, the protection of tourism intellectual property rights is not perfect, which is manifested as weak administrative protection and lack of social protection. It is necessary to form a tourism intellectual property protection system and improve the tourism business environment by improving the public service of tourism intellectual property, strengthening the administrative enforcement of tourism intellectual property and encouraging the development of tourism intellectual property service agencies.
