With respect to the internationalization of business environment, the New Area of Pilot Free Trade Zone should adapt to the new situation and develop new opportunities, together with advocating the innovation, detailing the implementing mechanism of new policy, and advancing the scale production of technology cluster, the New Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zonewouldgain global attraction,under world-class new concept, new mechanism, and new platform, as Accumulation Area of Multinational of International Technical Cooperation. Also, strategies should be carried out, such as the introduction of world-class talents, creatively designing the operating mechanism of technology trading center, and conforming the existing resources on the basis of multi-angle integration with international regional economic and trade cooperation platform like the Belt and Road Initiatives, RCEP and CPTPP.
