As a new financing model, intellectual property pledge financing can effectively alleviate the initial capital pressure of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, stimulate the innovative vitality of enterprises, and promote the high-quality development . By combining the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Application of Intellectual Property Rights", the current status, models and implementation experience of Zhejiang’s intellectual property pledge financing were summarized, the main existing problems were analyzed, and then the ways to promote the development of Zhejiang’s intellectual property pledge financing suggestions were proposed.
