    摘要:

    收集了2 000家汽车供应链企业工商数据,基于引力模型建立多级供应链网络,根据企业间的流量建立“负载-容量”模型并提出多级有向网络模型的失效节点负载分配过程,而后模拟节点失效传播供应链网络的风险开展鲁棒性研究。实验结果表明:基于引力模型构建的供应链网络具有无标度特性;在基于引力模型的多级供应链网络模型中,节点的流量负载总和可以作为识别节点系统重要性的衡量指标;可控系数和最大承载系数对供应链网络鲁棒性能具有重要的影响,为实际工作中保护网络重要节点、提高网络鲁棒性能提供了研究思路。

    Abstract:

    Business data was collected from 2000 automotive supply chain companies, establishes a multi-level supply chain network based on the gravity model, and establishes a "load" based on the flow between enterprises“capacity” model and proposed a multi-level directed network model for the load distribution process of failed nodes, and then simulate the risk of node failure propagation in the supply chain network to carry out robustness research. The experimental results show that the supply chain network constructed based on the gravity model has scale-free characteristics; in the multi-level supply chain network model based on the gravity model, the total traffic load of the node can be used as a measure of the importance of the node system; controllable coefficient And the maximum load factor has an important influence on the robust performance of the supply chain network. This paper provides research ideas for protecting important network nodes and improving the robust performance of the network in actual work.
