Based on the data collected from 400 questionnaires, establishes PSM-DID model to explore the poverty reduction effect of poverty alleviation microfinance policy. The research results show that poverty alleviation microfinance policy has a certain poverty reduction effect, and comes to the conclusion that the per capita annual income of the family is positively correlated with the age and education level of the head of household, and negatively correlated with the number of family population.
