The construction of digital government is an important way to promote the modernization of national governance capacity and governance level. Many places are actively exploring the construction of digital government. However, in the process of building a digital government, there are a series of problems to be solved, such as the boundary between the government and enterprises, the data ownership and legal issues are still the main obstacles to the cooperation between government and enterprises. By focusing on the current situation of the collaborative construction of government information platform between government and enterprises, mainly takes Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province as an example to explore the problems existing in the construction of digital government, so as to effectively promote the construction of digital government in China. Based on the multi center governance theory, the influencing factors of digital government construction was analyzed. Taking specific provinces as an example, expounds the current situation of digital government construction, and the relevant problems existing in the current digital government construction.
