Using super efficiency DEA model to evaluate the business performance of eight listed airlines in China, including Juneyao Airline, from 2016 to 2019, and analyzes the changes of production efficiency of eight listed airlines in four years by malmquist productivity index. The research results show that the operation efficiency of Juneyao Airline is at a higher level in the industry, and the relative efficiency values in recent two years are all effective. However, the productivity index fluctuates obviously, and the level of technological progress has declined significantly in recent years. In the future , Juneyao Airline should increase investment in technology research and development, promote product innovation, and continue to expand the market scale.
