Analyzes the application and funding of NSFC of Soochow University from 2012 to 2019,then introduces the funding performance from the aspects of scientific research achievements, personnel training, scientific research platform and discipline construction, finally summarizes the generalizable research experience and practice, in order to provide some reference for promoting basic and improving scientific research management of universities and institutes for the new period.
