Abstract:In recent years, the national economic situation has been declining, and the operating situation of thermal power plants has also become severe. In order to further reduce the cost of power generation, many thermal power plants will mix inferior coal with slime and high wet powder. However, during the blending process, the raw coal bunker will have problems such as sticking coal, blocking coal, and unsmooth coal, which seriously affect the stable and safe operation of the unit. Threfore the problems of coal blocking and sticking of a 350MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit was analyzed and a series of technical transformations to achieve this was carried out, achieving the purpose of clearance and anti-blocking. At the same time, economic benefits have also been improved.
