By studying the relationship between configuration management and systems engineering, quality management, project management and product data management etc. in the process of Civil Aircraft development, this article analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of configuration management, puts forward some ideas and methods of configuration management and other management mutual fusion and mutual supplement for improving management efficiency and reducing management cost.
