The Three-stage DEA model is used to measure the agricultural production efficiency and the development level of agricultural producer services in Hebei province. Based on the coupling coordination model, the coupling interaction degree between the two systems is analyzed from the regional and industrial levels. The results show that: agricultural production efficiency of Hebei province is high, and it is in a good coordination stage with agricultural production service; the coupling degree of different regions is different, and the indexes of Tangshan and Shijiazhuang are significantly better and have certain demonstration effect; from the perspective of agricultural production and service sub industry, agricultural distribution service does not have enough impetus to agricultural production efficiency, and the coupling degree of modern service industry and agriculture is greater than that of traditional service industry. Finally, the policy advices are put forward.
