Through reviewing relevant literature on the influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation, combined with the current development trend of industrialization construction, based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper constructs a hypothesis model of the influencing factors of business model innovation of construction enterprises under the background of construction industrialization from three aspects of "behavior attitude", "subjective norms" and "perceived behavior control", analyzes and tests the hypotheses combined with structural equation model.Finally, on this bases, strategies and suggestions for promoting business model innovation of industrial construction enterprises are proposed to advise construction enterprises to carry out business model innovation, as well as to provide theoretical and practical reference to achieve innovative development.
