With the deepening of the reform of vocational talent cultivation, it has become a key and difficult point for higher vocational colleges to cooperate with leading enterprises to build industrial colleges and realize mutually beneficial and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the current industrial college operation problems, from the perspective of collaborative innovation, this paper puts forward the key factors to improve the organizational efficiency of industrial college. On this basis, this paper explores the construction path of collaborative innovation of industrial college, which provides a new research idea for further promoting the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational education.
