As an important financing channel for SMEs in the process of converting old and new kinetic energy, sci-tech finance needs to further improve its service path. On the basis of ensuring policy advantages and the degree of marketization, the sci-tech finance provides targeted finance tools for the old and new kinetic energy conversion of SMEs. Based on sorting out the problems in the old and new kinetic energy conversion of SMEs, and the relationship between sci-tech finance and the old and new kinetic energy conversion of SMEs, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions for promoting the old and new kinetic energy conversion of SMEs.
